Funtions of the Cell
Bus Maintenance
Supervising and taking steps for the regular maintenance of buses to ensure their proper functioning and safety.
Driver and Cleaner Monitoring
Monitoring the performance and conduct of bus drivers and cleaners, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and professional behavior.
Spare Bus Arrangement
Maintaining spare buses to use in case any bus goes off-road due to maintenance or repair requirements.
Backup Drivers
Employing spare drivers to provide services in place of drivers on leave or absence to ensure uninterrupted transportation.
Vehicle Documentation
Verifying and maintaining necessary documents such as driving licenses, insurance certificates, pollution certificates, and fitness certificates for compliance.
Bus Facility Management
Ensuring proper parking facilities, restrooms for drivers, maintaining log books for each bus, and complying with regulations for fitness certificates.
