Roles of the Faculty Member
Discusses grievances, ensures time-bound and result-oriented readdressal, monitors progress, reports to the Coordinator.
Roles of the Student Member
Empowered to resolve grievances through discussion, refers unresolved matters to the principal for final commitment.
