PROCEDURE FOR LODGING COMPLAINT:
- The students may put up a written grievance in the provided format and drop it in designated boxes.
- The Grievance Cell will act upon forwarded cases along with necessary documents.
- The Grievance Cell will ensure proper resolution within a stipulated time limit.
PROCEDURE FOR READDRESSAL OF GRIEVANCES:
- An aggrieved student will first submit an application to the Head of Department (HOD) for department-level grievances.
- If not satisfied with the HOD’s decision, the student can appeal to the Department-level committee.
- If still dissatisfied, the student can submit an appeal to the Institute-level grievance committee.
- If not satisfied with the Institute-level committee’s decision, the student can appeal to the central grievance redressal committee.
- All levels of the committee will follow the principles of natural justice and hear the complainant and concerned individuals.
- All orders passed should comply with relevant provisions of applicable regulations and laws.
- The student will submit the grievance or appeal through the respective department and institute authorities.
