PROCEDURE FOR LODGING COMPLAINT:

  1. The students may put up a written grievance in the provided format and drop it in designated boxes.
  2. The Grievance Cell will act upon forwarded cases along with necessary documents.
  3. The Grievance Cell will ensure proper resolution within a stipulated time limit.

PROCEDURE FOR READDRESSAL OF GRIEVANCES:

  1. An aggrieved student will first submit an application to the Head of Department (HOD) for department-level grievances.
  2. If not satisfied with the HOD’s decision, the student can appeal to the Department-level committee.
  3. If still dissatisfied, the student can submit an appeal to the Institute-level grievance committee.
  4. If not satisfied with the Institute-level committee’s decision, the student can appeal to the central grievance redressal committee.
  5. All levels of the committee will follow the principles of natural justice and hear the complainant and concerned individuals.
  6. All orders passed should comply with relevant provisions of applicable regulations and laws.
  7. The student will submit the grievance or appeal through the respective department and institute authorities.
